

KGZDW series small integrated cabinet-type DC power supply system
Application fields
The KGZDW series of small integrated cabinet-type DC power supply systems are mainly applied in 10KV small substations and user stations. They are suitable for use in the fields and user terminals of power, transportation, power plants, communications, chemical industry, metallurgy, medical care, factories and mines, construction, and fire protection, and can be used as the operating and control power supplies for high-voltage switches, relay protection, and automatic devices.
System Composition
Overall Design: Integrates AC power distribution, charging, power supply and battery management;
AC Power Distribution: Two three-phase four-wire circuits, capable of automatic switching as mutual backups;
Monitoring System: Automatically manages the charging and discharging functions of the batteries, with full Chinese character large-screen LCD display, and can achieve “remote control, remote measurement, remote signaling, and remote adjustment” functions;
Feeder Circuit: Can be configured with 20 10A-40A circuit breakers;
Insulation Detection: Detects the insulation condition of the busbar (optional for branch insulation detection);
Voltage Reduction Device: Optional 5-level or 7-level voltage reduction device;
Feeder Detection: Optional for detecting the trip signals of each feeder circuit;
Battery Inspection: Optional for detecting the operating data of each battery;
Cabinet Size: 800 (W) * 600 (D) * 2260 (H) mm (customizable as required).

7. RS232/RS485 communication interface, facilitating communication with remote monitoring systems to achieve “four remote” functions and achieve unmanned operation;
