

KXZDW series Wall-mounted DC power supply system
Application fields
The KXZDW series wall-mounted DC power supply system is mainly applied in box-type substations, 10KV small switch stations and user stations. It is suitable for power, transportation, power plants, communications, chemical industries, metallurgy, medical care, factories and mines, construction and fire protection fields and user terminals. It can be used as the operating power and control power for high-voltage switches, relay protection and automatic devices.
System Composition
Battery Charging and Feeding Cabinet
AC Power Distribution: Two AC inputs (single-phase AC 220V) or one mains power (220V) and one PT (100V) power input, which can automatically switch and serve as backups for each other;
Monitoring System: Automatically manages the charging and discharging functions of the batteries, with full Chinese character large-screen LCD display, and can achieve “remote control, remote measurement, remote signaling, and remote adjustment” functions;
Charging Module: Up to 3 220V/5A or 110V/5A modules can be configured;
Feeding Out Circuits: Two busbar feeding outs and two control busbar feeding outs are configured;
Insulation Detection: Detects the insulation condition of the busbar;
Voltage Reduction Device: A 3A voltage reduction module is built into the system;
Cabinet Size: 600mm (W) * 300mm (D) * 800mm (H).
Battery cabinet
Battery inspection: Optional feature to monitor the operating data of each battery;
Battery capacity: 220V system: 10Ah – 38Ah;
110V system: 10Ah – 65Ah;
Cabinet dimensions: 600mm (W) * 300mm (D) * 800mm (H).
System Features
1. Wall-mounted installation, with small space occupation and good economic efficiency;
2. Integrated design of system monitoring, rectification, voltage reduction silicon chain, and power distribution;
3. All modules can be plugged and unplugged online, facilitating convenient and quick maintenance;
4. Automatic switching power supply for single-phase AC dual circuits, or one single-phase AC and one PT switching power supply;
5. Monitoring uses LCD Chinese characters display, with RS232/RS485 “four remote” communication interfaces, enabling unmanned operation;
6. Supports RTU, CDT, and MODBUS communication protocols.
