The main features of the disperser
It adopts various specifications such as electromagnetic speed regulation, variable frequency speed regulation and three-speed, operates stably and powerfully, and is suitable for various viscosities. There are two lifting forms: hydraulic and mechanical. The lifting and rotation are smooth and it can adapt to various positions. Ordinary and explosion-proof configurations, safe and reliable, with simple operation and maintenance. It has strong production continuity, can quickly disperse and dissolve materials, has good dispersion effect, high production efficiency, stable operation and simple installation. Different power and models are available for different materials based on their viscosity and processing capacity.
Work characteristics
The powerful centrifugal force throws the material radially into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor. At the same time, it is subjected to a combined force of centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and hydraulic impact, and the material is initially dispersed.
The high-speed rotating rotor of the disperser generates a linear velocity of at least 15m/s or more. Under the intense hydraulic shearing, liquid layer friction, tearing and collision, the materials are thoroughly dispersed and crushed, and are simultaneously ejected at high speed through the stator slots.
The material of the disperser is constantly ejected at high speed radially. Under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall, its flow direction changes. At the same time, under the action of the upward and downward axial suction forces generated in the rotor area, two strong upward and downward turbulent flows are formed. The materials go through several cycles and finally complete the dispersion process.
