Application fields

The KNDY series integrated AC/DC power supply system is mainly applied in substations of 110KV and below, power plants, hydropower stations and user stations. It is suitable for fields such as power, transportation, power plants, communication, chemical industry, metallurgy, medical care, military, factories and mines, construction and fire protection, as well as user terminals. It can be used as the operating power and control power for high-voltage switches, relay protection and automatic devices.

System Composition

Feeding and Charging Cabinet
      AC Power Distribution: Two three-phase four-wire circuits, capable of automatic switching and serving as backups for each other;
      Monitoring System: Automatically manages the charging and discharging functions of the batteries, featuring full Chinese character large-screen LCD display (optional color touch screen display), and can achieve “remote control, remote measurement, remote signaling, and remote adjustment” functions;
      Inverter Module: Configurable from 1KVA to 10KVA inverter modules;
      Feeding Out Circuit: Configurable with 28 10A – 40A circuit breakers;
      Insulation Detection: Detects the insulation condition of the busbar (optional to detect the insulation condition of branch circuits);
      Voltage Reduction Device: Optional 5-level or 7-level voltage regulation device;
      Feeding Detection: Optional to detect the trip signals of each feeding out circuit;
      Cabinet Size: 800 (W) * 600 (D) * 2260 (H) mm (customizable as required).
Battery Cabinet
      Battery Inspection: Optional to detect the operating data of each battery;
      Battery Capacity: 220V system: 38Ah – 200Ah;
                     110V system: 38Ah – 200Ah;
      Cabinet Size: 800 (W) * 600 (D) * 2260 (H) mm (customizable as required).

System Features

1. The monitoring system adopts a modular structure, featuring large-screen liquid crystal display, fully localized real-time display and operation, and a friendly human-machine interface;
2. It has an extremely wide voltage input range, with strong adaptability to the power grid, and can be used in environments with relatively harsh conditions;
3. The charging module employs variable-frequency natural resonance soft-switching technology, with an efficiency of ≥ 94%;
4. The system is designed in a modular manner, with reliable and secure redundant backup performance;
5. It supports on-line plug-and-play technology, making maintenance convenient and fast;
6. It has a fully automatic intelligent battery management function;
7. It has RS232/RS485 communication interfaces, facilitating communication with remote monitoring systems to achieve “four remote” functions and achieve unmanned operation;
8. It supports three communication protocols: RTU, CDT, and MODBUS.
